My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

how does the fabric hold up to food and such... concerned about stains

This fabric isn't treated with any stain resistant products. If you are concerned about stains, I would recommend pre-treating with a spray on fabric protector before use.

    Thanks!
