Thank you for your interest in the Camaflexi Brand of products.

The space between from the bottom of bed rail to the floor is 31"H

The recommended weight limit on all Full platforms, low lofts, high lofts & bunk beds is 1,000 lbs distributed evenly each bed. Although when weight load was tested by independent laboratory the weight limit actually exceeded 1,400 lbs and remained in tact.
