Wall texture!

I own a 1965 bi level under going a kitchen remodel. We had to repair a patch of drywall that will be visible. Does anyone know how to achieve or name this type of texturing? Truthfully it does not look as awful as the photo looks. Is there a creative way I can try to match this up? I am up for any ideas!
