Kitchen countertop with seam or no seam?

Our Ocean Foam slab comes in 56.5in by 120 in. The longest run in our kitchen is L-shaped, running 96in by 52in with a cutout for the sink. We were hoping for no seam. But the instal company says the top will be seamed since long, wall-to-wall and it’s a breakage risk if they fabricate it in one piece and try to install it that way.

Are there any installers out there that agree with this assessment? We prefer no seam if possible.
