I have a recurring root problem in my PVC sewer line between my home and street. We had a camera dropped down a couple years ago and it appears that a section of the pipe is damaged. The damaged area where the roots are entering is small and located about 20 feet from the sewer line exit. I have to clear the roots every year and the foaming root killer does not seem to help. I know the best fix would be to dig it out and replace the damaged section. However, the damaged area is under my concrete driveway. I was considering the resin pipe relining, but was wondering if it's possible to only reline the damaged area or does the entire pipe need to be relined? Thanks!
