Not sure which you changed and which you didn't, but the pulls on the 2 bottom-most look correct. The topmost drawer pull looks awkward to me, and it seems to be tilted upward, whereas the bottom pulls look as if they are tilted downward.

The first photo rather confused me and I would have probably said the bottom two were preferable; but in the second photo, the top one looks 'right' to me.

Yes, they're made offset, and the stack looks odd because I have the top one reversed from the others.

I had imagined them going like the bottom 2 drawers (tilted down), didn't even consider tilting up as an option until GC did them that way. And I was surprised that it looked pretty good, would have thought tilted up to look all wrong. His point was that it should tilt towards where your hand will grab. So if I'm grabbing the pull overhand, it should tilt up. And as I'm using them, I'm seeing his point a bit. Thinking of leaving them like this for a few days so I can see if one seems better functionally.

Tilted down looks better. Can you go to the mfg website to see if they have installed photos, just to know what they intended.

I haven't found pics installed. Mine are from House of Antique Hardware, which shows them tilted up. Rejuvenation shows their offset pull tilted down.

OK I changed the entire drawer stack so we can see side-by-side, and I can see how they all function. Left tilted up and right tilted down.

I can see how 'ergonomically' they would work better tilted up, but again, and since you've posted the pic's showing more drawers with them in both positions, I'd still go with tilted down. Drawer pulls on hinges 'fall' downward, so this is why I think they should be in the downward position.

Changing my vote with the new photo, especially seeing the Rejuvanation shot. Now I'd say tilted down looks better. Keep us posted as to which is more comfortable to use.

You guys are making me feel so good! Switched them all to down. I found I sometimes pull overhand and sometimes pull underhand, so not much difference with functionality.
