Grasscloth Wallpaper in the bathroom

I want to put gray grasscloth wallpaper in the bathroom on the wall where the vanity and mirrors are. Actually it would be only in the wall space above the vanity. I have heard grasscloth in a bathroom is a no-no but no one has said why. I have seen it in bathrooms before so what's the big deal?

Maybe it's absorbent, because its a natural fiber? Maybe if there's moisture it can buckle ... and perhaps odors can be trapped? Just guesses.
