This 10' x 8' kitchen is up for a facelift, as well as limited rearrangement of features. Options are:
1. Removing the peninsula, and placing the refrigerator and a pantry in that space.
2. Closing off the existing door, to accommodate more counter space, moving the opening to the center of the existing pantry area.
3. Move existing door to where the window now is, extend sink/dishwasher cabinet another 24"
