You might be presuming too much. The landscape design forum is a place where you can get help while you are doing your own work of a designing a landscape. Even if people give you advice you like, or give you ideas that are inspiring for your specific property, you are the one responsible for working out the details of those ideas and putting them into a form that can be understood by anyone who is installing the materials that the plan calls for. (It could be YOU, if you are planning on DIYing your own work.) At any rate, landscape design is not something that comes out of thin air -- like you can create a design and then just impose it on a house or lot. A landscape design is created for a specific house on a specific property. It is how you connect a house to the ground and its surroundings. We don't know what your house or lot looks like. Therefore, I can't imagine that any of us who give advice on this forum can suggest anything to you. You've got to start with some specifics. A house elevation is one starting point. A site plan is another. I don't know if pictures of the lot would help at this point, depending on what's going to happen to it during the construction process.

Part of "landscaping" is hardscape (drives/walks/walls.) Maybe that is the place for you to start thinking about since it comes before planting. For that you'd need to show a plot plan and a house plan/footprint. If you don't have a house plan confirmed, you're too early to get help here.

I could almost guarantee you that most people are not going to know what a maisonette house is, so you might show it, or an example.

a 10000 sf lot and wishes for 4 bedrooms and large gardens is ambitious. 100 sf per bedroom is pretty small, and that leaves maybe 500/800 square feet for a bath, kitchen, eating space, and potentially, stairs. What are the setback requirements? I'm assuming a standard 10' setback. How willing are you to exploit the vertical dimension? Multiple storeys is the only way to make this work with more than just tiny spaces with no storage, and larger gardens. What restrictions are there on height? Is the soil suitable for a basement for storage? Have you talked to a local design professional? This isn't something a prepacked cookie plan is going to do very well.

A 100 ft x 100 ft lot is a 10,000 sf lot which, depending upon the easements, setbacks and other items, should be plenty for a 4 bedroom home - one story or two story.
