beskye, I Can't find it

When you posted about the jalepno and cherry preserves, I am almost certain I found the recipe. Now that I have the jalepno's I can't find it. I have looked for three days and no luck. I can't find it on the oregon website. and can't click through to the recipe. (may be a setting on my computer- I had kids on it a couple weeks ago) Would you please post the recipe?

Sorry, but I haven't had much time online recently and just saw your post, Lynn. The recipe floral_uk recommended is the one I used and I love it. I did seed and removed the membranes of the jalapeños and diced them fine. I'm not much of a high heat fan, but this recipe was perfect for me.

I understand the not being online. and I thank you for taking the time to tell me about your results. I was thinking about dicing the jalapenos. Now I can do it with confidence. I don't like a lot of hot so I will make it as stated and not worry about eating it. I spent five dollars on some beautiful peppers Saturday. My company just left so I will get to make Jelly and poppers and have some me fun. Thank You
