My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Window Manufacturer/Color & Paint Colors

After much angst over color choices for our new project, I stopped when I saw this and said, "This is it!"

May I ask paint/stain colors on body and trim?

Also, who makes the windows and what is the color called? Haven't seen that lighter chocolatey-bronze color in my searching.

Very much appreciate any info! Lovely home.

    Thank you for your interest in our Georgetown home design. We do not always have the final color selection information on file but in this case we do. The siding is Sherwin Williams Hill Country. The trim is Sherwin Williams, Summerhouse Beige. The windows are Windsor windows and they are finished in bronze with the shutters being Sherwin Williams Speicewood. We hope this helps you with your home design process.
