The room is neat as a pin and I like the way your artwork compliments the chairs, but it does need some cozier seating and a couple of lamps. A neutral colored sofa with pillows to add color to the room would help. If you don't want too much color, you could do something subtle like a lamp shade and blanket in pink or lime green. Curtains would add some texture and softness as well.

As suggested, you do need a sofa on that wall. Get that then see what space you have left for end table or tables. Chairs could go in window area or maybe with back to door area. Depending on space permitting. Do you have a hall table?

nobody will use a room in which there's no way to have a conversation (no furniture facing each other) and not enough comfort to sit to read (arm chair). so you either need to add a couch or another pair of chairs, to make a grouping, or switch your upright chairs to something comfy and add a bookcase.
