My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Serious Basement Bathroom Rehab

Small narrow bathroom gets an serious update. Removed all the nasty wood plank walls and prefab shower.

Used Ikea vanity, mirror, and lighting. All in stock tiles for shower, and florring gelped keep costs down.

Highlight of the room -the full width shower niche that amps up the lux factor and adds a ton of storage.
