My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It is Sherwin Williams Spalding Gray. I still love it after a few years too.

    Every time I choose the darker color, it has been overwhelmingly approved. If you have enough natural light, I hope you try it before going lighter...best of luck.
