Why did the shipper report this item delivered a week before it actually showed up? Why did the shipper give me a delivery window of 1pm to 5pm and then not show up until after 7:30pm? Why did I only get the sink and no cabinet? Why was the sink vessel broken? Why would you continue to use this shipper if they continue to provide such poor service and performance? Why would you use a service not accredited by the Better Business Bureau? Why would you use a service that is widely poorly reviewed as they are? Am I supposed to feel confident about my purchase and it's timely delivery when I know your shipper is one of the recognized worst in the business?
