So I'm just north of Atlanta. Hurricane Irma is reminding me of Opal, which hit in 1995 or so. While Atlanta is too far inland to get an actual hurricane, the leftover winds are horribly damaging around all our super tall pine trees. I think the worst of it will be in my area Monday afternoon through early Tuesday morning. I hate to take food away from the hummers too early, but need to pull all my glass feeders in. Do y'all think the hummers will hunker down in advance of the storm? I'm planning on leaving them out through the afternoon and taking them down as late as possible.
