In summer, I use dynagro foliage pro once a week and my trees love them. Sometimes, I add a vey weak dose of epsom salt too but this is more inconsistent. In winter. I use osmocote plus because all my trees have to come indoors and it s a pain to fertilize them every week.

Welcome to the wonderful world of citrus and to this group. Most here are using osmocote plus (plus is for iron and other micro organism) and half dose of Foliage pro with each watering. For in ground citrus I would recommend Epsoma Citrustone. For young trees they recommend at least 4 to 5 feedings during growing season. I'm sure some others will add what they using.

Especially if you want to stay "organic", Espoma Citrus Tone is probably the best; but for Meyers you have to use at least 1.5X what the label recommends. I am assuming all your citrus are planted in ground. You could choose from a wide variety of chemical ferts; but they should have an NPK ratio of 5-1-3 (5-1-2 is better for Meyers); and they should have 2% each of Mg and Ca; and 1% each of Iron and Zinc. In ground trees should be fertilized 3-4 times per year, applied at the dripline and watered in well.

Having said that, photos always help with any diagnosis

I have grown citrus for just about 30 years. If I had to choose between Miracle Grow fertilizer and Dr. Earth, I would choose Miracle Grow in a heart beat. Most especially for in ground trees. Actually I would never ever consider Dr. Earth. Citrus do much better using conventional fertilizers than organic. Wishing the best to the future of these trees.
