Although this product is designed to be used out doors with traditional tiki fuel it can be used indoors as well, but you must use the correct fuel for indoor use! The torch can only be used indoors if you are using Paraffin Oil. -- Paraffin Oil is a smokeless fuel that has the ability to be used either inside or outside. Of course, we HIGHLY recommend reading product labels, warnings, recommendations and any other suggestions from whomever the fuel manufacturer is before using any fuel indoors. Again, the fuel you use is what dictates whether or not you can or should use the torch inside or not. We hope this helps!
