Shower caddy won't adhere.

The Shower caddy won't adhere to my porcelain tub side, very likely because it's an old tub and may be pitted. How can I return it for a refund?

The causes of it not sticking are one of two things:

The surface

The installation

Re: the surface.

make sure the cup is not positioned over any grout lines. You can slide it back and forth across the back of the shelf to position it.

The surface must be smooth (like glass) and not porous (no natural stone or fiberglass)

Re: the installation:

Make sure the cups are relatively flat when you position it on the wall

Press firmly with one hand, while tightening with the other. Turn the knob until you can’t. It should be getting progressively harder; that’s how you know you’re getting a good suction.
