To save the cost of replacing the mirror, Pottery Barn and Restoration Hardware have very similar fixtures and instead of hanging a 4 light, you could hang 2, 2 lights. This also depends on how far out to the side the holes are. Otherwise, you will need a new mirror.

Thanks for the feedback. The holes are very specific to the current fixture. I'm going to experiment with a few other ideas. Will update on my progress.

Are you changing out the vanity and sink? So they are the same levels? I would change the large mirror dates the room to me. Good luck

I had a similar issue and decided to go with Hinkley Lighting Duet. It looks amazing on mirror. I figured it would be easier than trying to make a center fixture work. You never know if your current fixture is centered or not until you take it off.

Excellent comments!! I am fully remodeling this bath. New double vanity-single height, extra drawers instead of open space for stool. I agree better to lose the mirror than to create a patch-job.
