I checked with the owner for you. She says, "As for the lighting, the stairwell fixture is an antique, so there's not another one like it readily available to my knowledge. The one at the entry probably could be obtained. I bought both of them at Nowell's Antique Lighting in San Rafael [CA.] (formerly of Sausalito, which is where I bought the stairwell fixture.)
