Received this chandelier and it was broken. Unfortunately we did not open the box as soon as we received it because our electrician was not ready for it as we were building our house. We opened the box went to hang the main piece and it was broken. I have called your customer service three times sent emails and no one is getting back to us. I paid $600 for the chandelier I was told it was beyond the 30 day return policy. Just want to get the piece that came broken in the box exchanged and no one is helping us. Now I want to return the whole thing. Very upset. Where is the customer service. Very disappointed and I am still waiting to hang a chandelier in a room with a lightbulb.
