Posting a photo would be of great help. Otherwise, it's a shot in the dark.

Paned front doors are beautiful. Depends on the windows on the front of your home, etc. Therma Tru makes them with a chord glass so you have privacy since you do have that issue.

Yet, hard to offer recommendations as no idea what your home looks like.

I like the dark grey roof that groveraxle suggests. You have a couple of different styles going on in front, so I would keep the front door style as basic as possible. Also, paint the garage door to match the roof or pull a color from the brick to blend in.

I would keep the roof a color similar to what it is now. I would remove the large bush under the big window and rework the existing plants.

grapefruit...that is the look I have entertained! Although with that window arrangement a person can see in. If I go with one row of windows only it is high enough that a person would have to stand on tippy toes.

D, sorry I chimed in earlier then was out of the house until only recently. If you have privacy issues, you might be better off with a full door and no lights. I don't mean to sound harsh as it's not my intent. Just the facts. Many glass doors out there with privacy glass such as chord glass... rain glass which I find a bit dated and some other types.

This is an example. Realize you don't have side lights.. However, you can get a door with an obstructed view with a handful of glass types. Yet, seems like you might be happier with a full on solid door. I have fully large paned double doors. Yet, I don't mind it as the entry is semi large and the lawn deep. However, doesn't stop people from looking in, but I like them so? It's just preference is all.

My main thought about front doors is looking at your windows on the front of your home and how the door will tie in to them. I see you have another door adjacent to the garage as well.

As far as the roof I agree with above... a charcoal or dark gray/similar is most easiest to work with and works well with your home.
