Are these stairs guaranteed to be shipped and delivered soon?

I bought these stairs at Lowe's. Fater two weeks they called and said manufacturer cannot ship until early November. The manufacturer called and said same. Do YOU have these stairs in stock or available to sell? This has caused a two month remodeling delay.
