Okay.. since I have this on my brain right now.. figured to see what all you had on your minds for this weekend's menu.

For me.. I am jonesing for some fried chicken.. really.. how many people fry chicken these days? Growing up, it was a "staple"...one of the 4 food groups all by itself.. lol

So, fried chicken.

Then, I agreed to make a side dish for the October neighborhood gathering, so... NOW I cannot get my side dish off my head so..

Fried chicken and slow smoked corn on the cob!

Then adding garlic mashed potatoes with tat and we shall eat well! lol
