wall spacers

I need to space the hardware off of the wall so that the door does not interfere with the base boards which measure about 3/4". Do you sell spacers? Also, the wall mounts appear to offer flexibility on where they are placed, is that correct so that I can mount the pole anywhere on the wall that I'd like?

    The space between the wall and the door is about 1/2 inch. And yes the wall mount is flexible. Thank you
