If at all possible enclose poles into faux book cases, or design so that the poles are in a wall, or if possible, two squared sheetrock towers with a sofa in between.....it sounds like you are saying the poles are in the center of the bedrooms or am I misunderstanding.....

Go to the local office supply store and buy some 4 squares to the inch graph paper (aka quadrille paper). Measure your room and draw it up carefully on the graph paper. Measure the distance from the outside walls to the support posts and put them on the proper location on the graph paper. Also add the locations of your plumbing (both water and sewer) onto the paper. Then make copies of this to use as your base drawing. You can use the base drawing to experiment with walls in different configurations to tie into the support posts. If your support post is incorpoated into a wall, you can make the wall a little thicker to make the post visually disappear.

Why not call a structural engineer BEFORE you go to any expense, and see which, what , if any can be relocated Sometimes they CAN be successfully relocated.

Note that both bedrooms need a window to meet building code, often an egress type in this instance......unless of course this is a walk out and they are already in place.
