Hi we have a very similar footprint to work with on a remodel. Long and narrow with a raised ceiling. Does 19 ft long include the wardrobe or only the bathroom section? Can you break down the 19' into different sections so we can know where to save and where we can't? We only have 11 ft to max of 13 ft to work with. Width wise we are about 6.5 ft so very similar to this.
