bathroom layout advice

We have a smallish bathroom 2m x 2.4m (family) which we are about to renovate (as its stuck in the 70's)
Trying to come up with the best design - if its to include a bath i'd prefer a small freestanding but is this the wrong way to go?? We thought about doing something like the layout plan below? ideas/ thoughts
