My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The folding doors on the main facade are 7'-4" tall, with 12 equal panels/lites, 3'-3" wide each, totaling approximately 39'. 6 panels fold to the left, 6 fold to the right. The folding doors on the side elevation are also 7'-4" tall, with 4 equal panels, 2'-10" each, totaling approximately 11'-8." The doors were manufactured by Nana Wall.

      Nana Wall (and other manufacturers) make several different styles/options that will get you the 9' height you want. Generally, the taller the door the narrower the panel. Your best bet is to either contact a manufacturer to help you select a product for your conditions (such as Nana) or hire a pro familiar with the different types of systems. Generally speaking, however, what you want to do is very do-able.

      There is a wood-burning stove in the Living Area. There are several ceiling vents and ceiling fans. That's it - there is no other heating or cooling in the structure.
