How many will the bar seat in comparison to the table. There are some great wall hanging tables that will allow you to have both.

Breakfast Bars are great as they give extra storage too - but not so good for infirm people and small children !

It depends on how the kitchen is setup.

Bar stools aren't necessarily comfortable for pregnant, ailing, or elderly. So you're good if you can count those out of coming to your home. You'd probably need both if you entertain family and friends at your home too. Maybe a purge, although difficult for some, may be the answer. :) Good luck!

do you have a separate dining room where you would usually eat dinner? - the bar seems to work for quick breakfasts and lunches for individuals - not for a family meal.

We have a dining room where we entertain family and friends. We would also have
Dinner In there. I agree that stools may become an issue as my parents
