drop-down folding rack?

I see drop-down drying racks regularly, but has anyone created/purchased a drop-down folding rack? I am going to have a very small laundry room (or a large laundry closet) with stacking w/d on the left and the space alongside it on the right I think I want a rack that folds along the wall and is only horizontal to the floor when I need to use it. I have seen the below on Amazon, but was wondering if anyone had success with anything else? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004CE4ACE/

I would be only able to fold underwear on something that small!

If you stack your W/D the stacking kit may have a pull out table for folding. I have one and it works fine for my euro sized w/d. You could have a cart that you could pull out that might be handy for folding space and a shelf below for more supplies.

IKEA has a couple of these that look a bit nicer but are not more expensive.

Lee Valley has some clever one's. Drop down from ceiling, fold down from the wall, retractable from wall, or fold out and place on the floor like the one's they use in Europe.
