My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

This is one of our fantastic products that we actually build to order in our downtown Los Angeles factory (made in the USA!) and it even ships out with free white glove delivery. The Osborne Reversible is an incredibly versatile and comfortable sofa that's been very popular with our customers - nice pick!

    Since the Osborne is one of our sofas that's built to order in our downtown LA factory, it does take a full 2-3 weeks to construct this piece and then another 10-14 days for the free white glove delivery. This is actually a very quick lead time for built-to-order furniture, though it's not quite within the time range that you've specified.
