Confirming this is Moonflower, not Morning Glory

A friend sends me this picture of what she calls "morning glory." It's Ipomoea alba (Moonflower) rather than I. purpurea, isn't it? I've heard rumors that there are genuine cultivated annual white morning glories (I. purpurea, not bindweed), but they don't look like this, do they?
