Hi. Seriously considering an RH Maxwell couch. Does anyone have one? I have concerns about quality based on the many and varied complaints. Interestingly, RH claims it is made with 8 way hand tied springs but I imagine the marketing department has found a way to describe furniture made by a machine in China as "8 way hand tied." Particularly interested in how the down option cushions wear and how the frame is holding up. I would also love to see photos of your couch.

Note that I am well aware of all of the complaints with the Cloud sofa. It is a different beast with the all down cushions. You are welcome to post your complaints about the Cloud sofa, don't let me stop you!
