We purchased our tile from a local supplier who carries a variety of large manufactures, has a great showroom, superb staff and customer service, Babtista Tile in Bend Oregon, Anyhow I finally made it by the house today and I looked at the surplus tile boxes, here is what I found, hope it helps.
