I think this house is lovely - look at some prairie school architecture to see what they were aiming at. I would use colors that are darker than the masonry - dark cool brown, warm grey, or olive. You don't have a whole lot of paintable surface, so, you might be able to get away with using only one. Personally, I would keep the garage door all one color - the house is nice and the garage door isn't its best feature, so, I would minimize the amount of attention that you draw to it.
