Been a while. When I was a kid a few folks were still growing it for canneries. Had been largely replaced by Marglobe which is a bit more productive. It is a nice medium sized round red, but a real antique that dates back to the late 19th century. It is a horse and buggy variety in an era of computerized automobiles. Where it is not overcome by this eras diseases, still a good variety.
