My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Could you please share the manufacturers of the windows? Are they made of steel? Thanks!

    Thank you for your nice comments. The windows are made of wood and we had them custom manufactured to match the existing wood windows in this home that had been built in the 1960's with very narrow sash dimensions and surface mounted bolts to hold the sashes closed. The 1 3/4" sash widths are similar to what is typical for steel windows. We painted these dark brown to match the beams. A similar look can be achieved with steel windows, we've used Optimum Windows Reliant series on a recent project with nice results.
