My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It's a prefinished Mirage engineered floor. I'm not sure what about the final color / finish specification.

    Thank you for your response. The floor is beautiful. Is the floor installed as a floating floor? Are you/your clients happy with the product? We are weighing choices for wood flooring over radiant heat. We have a slab (no basement) so right now the plan is to imbed the heat in the slab, which would require us using an engineered wood floating floor. Having only ever had hardwood, I just don't know what to think about an engineered wood floating floor! I suppose that like anything else, it depends on the product and installation. Thanks in advance for entertaining my questions.

    This installation is not a floating floor but an engineered floor is the right choice over radiant. Mirage does make a line called "lock" that can be used as a floating floor.
