My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Moving in to Half remodeled bathroom- keep or replace (kinda ugly)?

Which is more cost effective??? -- To try to design the rest of the bathroom around this stuff from the previous owners incomplete remodel (the granite is like black/ green, 72"; the vanities are like cherry and 30" each).... we have to replace the whole floor, walls, and shower anyway. Should I try to keep these things (I hate being wasteful and really want to cut costs) even though I really dont like them??

    That’s all seriously ugly. You could probably sell the pieces. They would get used, and you could put the money toward something you really like.
