My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The door is Benjamin Moore Country Redwood. The siding is a custom color formulated to match CertainTeed Cedar Impressions Spruce color. The trim is custom as well to Match Marvin's Coconut Cream windows. Thanks for asking!

      The color of the shingling (if we're referring to Certain Teed Cedar Impressions is not Spruce in this photo - rather it is Ivy Green). I should know as I've been face-to-face at one of the showrooms trying ot decide between Ivy Green and Cypress Green - both of which are beautiful colors) - Thanks.

      To ensure clarify folks - the color is this beautiful photo is Ivy Green - it is defnitely NOT Spruce - big difference if you visit the show rooms where they carry Cedar Impressions - However I greatly appreciate that Van's Lumber has published this photo - I am going to use this color scheme (Ivy Green, White Trim, Redwood door) on my ranch house which is being completely renovated - I'd also like to add that a beauitfy medium gray roof and blue/gray stone is beautify with this color scheme ! Thanks -
