My son has just purchased a navy blue sofa and would like ideas on how to decorate room. He is leaning towards light gray walls. He has a bay window and is changing dark wood trim to white. He has pecan pergo floors as he has 3 young boys (very active). There is only one full wall in the room. There are 2 doorways leading into kitchen and an open wall looking into kitchen. He has a split ranch so when you go up the stairs there is a half wall and ledge. His wife does not have any eye for decorating (her words) and will go along with most anything. They are also looking for a round storage ottoman for toys but can only find dark brown leather. Thanks for all ideas/suggestions. Should add that they cannot afford high cost solution. Would like color combinations for rugs and drapes or window treatments. Pictures of items would be so helpful. Thanks again!
