Hi Julia, I tried to explain that part of this is for the benefit of the people asking the question and the people following who will read our answer. We've shared paint colors before and the people we shared them with just weren't happy with the result because by the time you see the image, the color is completely distorted.... You have the photographers lighting, the photo editing, and then how it reads on your screen vs how it reads on mine. I promise you, the color I give you to paint on your walls will be a different color than you expect.

We hope you understand that we aren't being silly or stingy. We just don't want to be misleading and have made it our policy not to share that kind of information.

@ashee02 completely agree with @leonoz--the designer doesn't owe you anything much less a response. Her professional response was more than adequate....Houzzers are fortunate to have someone with this level talent post their work to inspire and give us no talent people a fair shot at putting together or to hire someone that can help achieve a similar look
