My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I would love to know where frenchflair found the green wingback and white fabric chairs in the bedroom loft photos? Any help would be appreciated! Thank you.

    The green wingback chairs and the white ones are all old chairs that have been custom upholstered.

    Thanks for the response! Even though they aren't stock chairs, they've inspired me to think about considering custom ordering.

    You can find similar chairs on Craigslist, Flea Markets and Garage sales and have them reupholstered as well

    That is correct! It's not necessarily cheaper, but it's the best way to get the color and the quality of fabric you are looking for.
