I don't really understand -- you want wall paint suggestions, or are you looking to overhaul the bathroom more? I'd consider replacing that hollywood vanity light with something a little more contemporary, but beyond that it's ok for a guest bath, or you can do anything from a little paint to a new countertop to a complete gut...

centoria, could you be a bit more specific? like, remodel as in ripping everything out and starting over? or remodel as in new paint, new shower curtain and new lights? sorry, remodel is different to everyone. If ripping it out completely, do you have a budget in mind? do you have any DIY skills? and any design in mind? Right now everything you have is old builder basic.

if you're near a good sized city, and are on a budget, look at craigslist for people redoing their bathrooms and selling decent vanities w/stone tops. Ditto for left over tile you could use for the floor. measure your floor width by length and multiply. that's your square footage. if someone is selling off left over marble or whatever tile , it's usually enough for a small bathroom floor.

if you want to keep your vanity and paint it, look for remnants of granite or marble for the top. your;s is small enough that you could use a left over piece. you just need the edges finished and a sink hole cut. all of that can cost as little as a few hundred.
