I would put the T.V in the niche with the cabinet it will be a much better viewing height and the wires will all be hidden

If you have a basement you can purchase an eyeball that connects to the bottom of your TV and then ruin your wires down to the basement along with your TV devices down there as well. Then that eyeball will be able run everything when you use your remotes and everything will be out of site out of mind.

Looks great so far! I would hire TV installers to take care of the wiring for the TV and the attached electronics for a cleaner look. They can integrate it into the drywall which allows for the wiring to be more hidden.

For overall balance, I would have the exact same credenzas/shelving placed on either side of the TV instead of having 2 completely different pieces as you do currently. I would also replace the coffee table for something a little larger to compliment the space/sofas a bit better. End tables on both sides of the main sofa would help tie in the space.

I would have loved to put the TV in the left nook but it's too big. :( I was thinking of using barn wood on the backs of both nooks with floating shelves and either pendant lights or recessed LED lights.

Love that inspo picture. You could also paint or wallpaper the nooks too. A little easier. I would have some closed doors on the left side so you can hide devices and cables. You could do the bench on the right and then mirror it on the left, but with little sliding doors on the bottom.

I do like the idea of NOT having the TV above the fireplace but the niche is so deep that if you are sitting by the windows, you can't see the TV. The TV is tilting towards the left because I was in the kitchen. If we are watching TV as a family and using the sofas then it's pushed back against the wall.
