vintage cabinet/prep area with sink for basement

Trying to repurpose a china cabinet into a kitchen counter with sink (ie bar/prep sink) and need help with type of sink and what kind of countertop material. I would like to use this for possible coffee bar/drinks and snack food or movie food (ie pizza, nachos, pretzel, etc).
