The living room is looking very good and just needs a bit more color in the form of some pillows on the chairs and the sofa. I looks like you have pale blue pillows on the sofa. Is there a nice darker color that is in both the rug and the art that could be used instead of the blue?

I love the kitchen, floors and cabinets, white chairs...well done.However, i think the outdated brown color walls and the90s blinds are spoiling this, otherwise very sophisticated look. (sorry if I sound harsh)

I think that wood blinds are a very useful item that offers wonderful flexibility in light control and privacy. They are classic and affordable.

It looks great, but I agree about the brown walls, I would do all one color to make the room look bigger. The blinds are ok, but maybe add some nice patterned floor to ceiling curtains to add softness. You could also put the chairs side by side and add a love seat or upholstered bench/ottoman to maximize seating.

Add panels to windows all the same. They look undone. Pick color from chair. Use black rod extend pass window. Remove clock. Can't really tell but chandelier looks to small go bigger and drum style. Black shade. Room looks good.

Add a buffet on wall in dining area, make it in color or in black lacquered, with big 40x40 art piece. Put bamboo shade in black on kit window. Home Depot has them.you can add to all windows would work still use panels though. You could keep minis pulled up. Bamboo is a decor item. Add a bamboo tree in corner where black. & white item is.

Natural linen draperies would go great with bars tools. I like blinds, just needs to be finished out with drapes.

Wall color not that bad once you add panels and art in dining.

Splashes of blues would be lovely...carry them into the kitchen as well.
