How is the glass fixed to the floor?

Can you please tell me how the shower glass is fixed to the wall and to the floor? I don't see any anchors or other hardware used.

On the upper part we created a slot in the tile work to replace the standard metal frame. On the face of the bench, only the decorative liner is slotted. The glass just rests on the stone sills and is siliconed.
